The process of data discovery is an approach to extracting knowledge, valid, and usable information from large amounts data, using automatic or semi-automatic methods. This article inventory the different extraction processes encountered in literature for fields application development environmental informatics. Following analysis between models, we can summarize existing models with a proposal that exploits strengths processes.
